How to be energetic on Monday

I am sure, there are > 90% people who don’t like coming to work on Monday after celebrating weekend with friends and parties. It’s natural to come out of the 48 hours of rest-> booze->food->sleep->food->rest->booze cycle 😉

Here are few tips which might help to motivate physically and mentally to prepare yourself for MONDAY.

  • Try not to booze on Sunday night or keep it very minimal.
  • Drink a glass of warm water before sleep so keep body hydrated.
  • Have a good amount of sleep
  • Start Monday with rich breakfast.
